Foreign Secretary condemns latest ISIL barbarity

Foreign Secretary responds to the murder of Norwegian and Chinese nationals by ISIL

Philip Hammond said:

I condemn ISIL’s cowardly murder of Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad and Fan Jinghui. These murders are further evidence of ISIL’s brutality. They only strengthen our resolve to defeat this barbaric terrorist organisation.
