Katharine Braddick joined Barclays in March 2022 in a new role as Group Head of Strategic Policy and senior adviser to the Chief Executive Officer.

• worked at the UK Financial Services Authority in a variety of roles

• began her career in the Civil Service

• worked at the Association of British Insurers, leading on regulation of general insurance
