[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to change how coroners (officials who investigate unexplained deaths) decide whether a death was suicide. Currently, coroners must be 'sure beyond reasonable doubt' the same standard used in criminal courts. The bill would clarify what evidence coroners should consider when making these difficult decisions.

Presented by The Lord Bishop of St Albans.
