European Union (Referendum on the Withdrawal Agreement) Bill [HL]

This bill proposes holding a new public referendum where British voters would decide whether to accept the government's withdrawal agreement with the EU. Instead of Parliament alone deciding the terms of Brexit, this bill would let the public vote on whether to approve the negotiated deal.
