Extradition (Provisional Arrest) Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill changes the rules for arresting people in the UK who are wanted by other countries. Currently, there are strict requirements before someone can be arrested while waiting for extradition. The bill would make provisional arrest easier by reducing some of these requirements, allowing faster action when someone is suspected of serious crimes.

Presented by Baroness Williams of Trafford.
