Flexible Working Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to make it easier for UK workers to request flexible working arrangements such as remote work, parttime hours, or different schedules. It would require employers to take these requests seriously and only refuse them for genuine business reasons, giving employees more say in how they work.

Presented by Helen Whately.
