Hospitals (Parking Charges and Business Rates) Bill

This bill would reduce or remove parking charges that hospital staff and visitors pay, and reduce the business rates tax that hospitals pay on their buildings. The goal is to save the NHS money so it can spend more on healthcare rather than on these additional costs.
