Inquests (Legal Representation) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill aims to make it easier for families to get legal help during inquests. Currently, families often have to pay for lawyers themselves, which can be expensive. The bill would likely improve access to legal representation so grieving relatives can better understand what happened and have their voices heard during the investigation.
Presented by Paul Maynard.
