Miscarriage Leave Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would give people the legal right to take paid time off work after a miscarriage. Currently, there is no specific legal entitlement to miscarriage leave in the UK, so people must use regular sick leave or annual holiday. The bill aims to recognise miscarriage as a significant event that requires recovery time.

Presented by Angela Crawley.
