Mutuals’ Redeemable Shares Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill allows mutual organisations (like building societies and credit unions) to create and sell redeemable shares to raise money. Currently, mutuals are structured differently from regular companies, and this change would give them a new way to fund themselves while remaining memberowned organisations.
Presented by Lord Naseby.
