Public Advocate (No. 2) Bill

This bill would establish a new Public Advocate, an independent official who investigates complaints from ordinary people about how government bodies have treated them. The Public Advocate would have the authority to look into cases of unfair treatment or poor service and make recommendations to fix problems in public services.
