Public Contracts (Modern Slavery) Bill [HL]

This bill would require companies that win government contracts to investigate whether modern slavery or worker exploitation happens anywhere in their supply chain. It aims to stop taxpayer money funding companies that use slave labour, by making them prove their workers are treated fairly and paid properly.
