Shared Prosperity Fund (Wales) Bill

This bill sets up a new funding system called the Shared Prosperity Fund to replace EU money that Wales previously received. It allows Welsh communities to apply for grants to support economic growth, job creation, and local development, with some decisions made locally and others overseen by the UK government.
