[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would make anyone renting out a property for short holidays or shortterm stays get permission (a licence) from their local council first. The goal is to regulate this type of accommodation, similar to how hotels are controlled, to protect renters and manage housing availability in local areas.

Presented by Rachael Maskell.
