Surrogate Parents (Leave, Pay and Allowance Arrangements) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to give surrogate parents official legal protections for leave from work and financial support during and after pregnancy, similar to what standard maternity leave provides. Currently, surrogates don't have these clear legal rights, which can leave them financially vulnerable and unprotected at work.

Presented by John Healey.
