Cannabis (Legalisation and Regulation) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would make cannabis legal in the UK and create a system for the government to regulate its production and sale. Instead of being a criminal offence, cannabis would be sold through licensed shops with age restrictions (probably like alcohol), with rules about strength and packaging, similar to how cigarettes are currently controlled.
Presented by Norman Lamb.
