Children (Parental Imprisonment) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to improve the lives of children whose parents are in prison or about to be imprisoned. It would likely require the government and prisons to think about what's best for these children and provide them with support services, recognizing that these kids often face poverty, disrupted education, and emotional difficulties through no fault of their own.

Presented by Kerry McCarthy.
