Common Land and Repeal of Inclosure Acts Bill

This bill aims to repeal the Inclosure Acts, old laws from the 1700s1800s that allowed landowners to fence off and privatise common land that communities previously shared. It would restore some of this land to common use, giving local people greater access and control over land in their area.
