Consumer Emissions (Climate Change) Bill [HL]

This bill would require the government and businesses to measure and report on the greenhouse gas emissions produced by the things consumers buy and use in their daily lives. The goal is to understand and eventually reduce the climate impact of consumer activity, rather than just focusing on emissions from industry and energy production.
