Copyright in Sound Recordings and Performers' Rights (Term Extension) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill extends how long copyright protection lasts for sound recordings (like songs) and the rights of performers (like singers). Currently, copyright runs for a certain number of years; this bill would make it last longer, so artists and record companies keep control of their work for more years.
