Dangerous Driving (Maximum Sentence) Bill

This bill proposes to increase the maximum prison sentence that judges can give to people convicted of dangerous driving. Currently, dangerous driving has a maximum sentence, and this bill would make that maximum longer to potentially punish more serious cases more severely.
