Destitution Domestic Violence Concession (Eligibility) Bill

This bill makes it easier for people fleeing domestic violence to get emergency help from the government if they're destitute (have nowhere to live and no money). It changes the eligibility rules so more domestic violence survivors can access housing and support they urgently need.
