The contract will cover all associated works necessary to deliver mast reduction and disposal in a safe, controlled, and environmentally responsible manner. Certain activities will fall outside the scope of the contract, including those that will be undertaken by DfT or its specialist advisors in the planning, assurance, and management of the project (for example, preparatory surveys, design assurance, permit applications). A more detailed description of the intended scope of works is provided within the Request to Participate ("RTP") document to support suppliers' understanding of the requirement. A full statement of requirements, setting out the technical, operational and safety aspects of the works, will be provided as part of the tender documents during the tendering stage

    description
This procurement relates solely to the provision of Airtime and Webhosting services following the expiry of the initial installation period. It does not include the purchase or installation of Abriox loggers. The Webhosting service element also covers the associated PressureTrac server, licensing, and data management fees required to support ongoing logger operation. Procurement Description - Abriox Logger Airtime & Webhosting Services Abriox loggers are widely deployed across the NGN network and are used to collect essential operational data. Their functionality supports two key areas of network management: A. Cathodic Protection (CP) Pipeline Monitoring Abriox loggers are installed at Cathodic Protection test points across remote areas of the network. They remove the need for monthly physical site visits by automatically recording CP readings and transmitting them to a central system on a daily basis. The devices also generate SMS alerts when readings fall below acceptable thresholds, enabling timely intervention. B. Pressure Management Abriox loggers are also used throughout the NGN network to capture and download pressure data. When originally procured and installed, the associated Airtime and Webhosting services were included within the respective supply and installation contracts. Upon installation, each logger includes an initial 12 month Airtime and Webhosting package. The SIM cards provided at installation cannot be replaced or changed during the operational life of the loggers.
