A
BILL
to
This bill aims to stop employers from treating people unfairly at work because of their insurance status or medical history. It would make it illegal to refuse someone a job, deny them promotion, or treat them badly based on insurancerelated factors, similar to existing protections against discrimination.
Presented by Mrs Natalie Elphicke.
