[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would make it compulsory (mandatory by law) for certain businesses and professionals to buy public liability insurance. Public liability insurance protects customers if they're injured or suffer property damage while using a business's services, and this bill would ensure all relevant businesses must have this protection in place.

Presented by Mrs Natalie Elphicke.
