This bill aims to make immigration rules more flexible for doctors, nurses, care workers, and other health and social care staff who want to work in the UK. It recognizes that the NHS and care sector face serious staff shortages, and tries to address this by making it easier and quicker for qualified workers from other countries to come and work in Britain.
