[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would make it a crime for a company or large organization to cause someone's death through neglect or serious failures in how they manage health and safety. Currently, only individual people can be charged with manslaughter; this would allow the organization itself to be prosecuted and punished.
Presented by Chris Stephens.
