This bill would transfer power over employment and workplace rules from the UK Parliament in Westminster to the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh. It would allow Scotland to set its own employment laws rather than following UKwide rules, giving Scottish politicians more say over how work is regulated in Scotland.
